We would like to introduce you to some of the personnel who you deal with on a day-to-day basis.

Managing Director, Martin Lane, has worked with the company for over 15 years. Martin deals directly with all your quotations and direct technical sales enquiries and co-ordinates the team in support of our business objectives.

Cindy Bosworth is the Production Manager; looking after the order processing, production control and planning functions together with the immediate customer liaison. Cindy additionally takes an active role in the daily production team meetings, ensuring that up to date information straight from the customer is communicated every morning to the management team and that the material resources are in place to complete the customers’ deliveries on time.

Claire West joined in May 2004 as head of the office administration team. Claire has considerable experience in accounts and administration within an engineering environment having previously worked for another major turned parts manufacturer prior to joining us at Wilco. Claire’s main duties are to take care of the accounts, administration and material purchasing. Claire felt particularly at home at Wilco, as her first job after leaving school was with a furniture maker based on the same site that Wilco now occupies!

The Works Manager, Nick Fryer, looks after the operations and personnel on the factory floor, technical support and production. Nick has a vast amount of machining experience and heads up the rest of the experienced setting and production staff.

The stores and logistics are run by Dave Griffiths, who came to Wilco from MAK Precision Turned Parts following their acquisition in 2003. Dave is responsible for deliveries and sub-contracted processes in response to customer request and co-ordinating stock control in conjunction with the production manager.
